Upon successful completion in 2024, he transitioned to Portland State University, where he is currently refining his entrepreneurial expertise within the rigorous School of Business.This multi-faceted educational foundation has equipped Cesar with a sophisticated command over the full spectrum of digital media production. His technical proficiency includes mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:Adobe Premiere Pro for advanced video editing.Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for detailed graphic design and image manipulation.Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.Furthermore, he possesses a foundational understanding of 3D development environments, notably Unity, which expands his capability into interactive and immersive media projects.Cesar's training extends beyond technical software skills to encompass the entire creative pipeline.
